Description
After exiting the Metro (subway) in downtown Washington, DC, we came upstairs to the courtyards of the Ariel Rios Federal Building which houses the Environmental Protection Agency. While cutting across the building to get to the street, I was stopped in my tracks by my first glimpse of DC architectures.
